Heading into Autumn, the team at Brightmile have been busy rolling out another round of updates. In this article, we wanted to highlight some of the most significant new features we have launched for both our Driver App and Manager Portal.
Two New Languages for our Drivers
We are pleased to be bringing support for both German and Dutch in our latest round of Driver App updates. Look out for news on our multi-language Manager Portal later in the year!
Making it easier to share status and insights outside of the Portal
Working with our clients it's clear that, whilst the majority use the Manager Portal directly to engage with their Brightmile safety programme, there are times when it would be helpful to have the insights and driver status in any easy to export spreadsheet. So we’ve done just that - introducing Excel and CSV export tools.
Enhancing Driver Notes
We are excited about the feedback on the Driver Notes features we launched back in the Summer. On the back of this, we have made a few updates to bring the feature to our fleets and teams using the Portal in Anonymous mode, now allowing access and editing of driver notes from the driver list.
This update will also bring new value to all our fleets, making it easier to see and manage multiple notes across the team. We have also made a few tweaks to the way notes work in the Driver Profile screen to better handle long notes histories.
It is great to see Driver notes are proving a powerful way for our Customer Success Team and clients to capture a variety of details on their Drivers including notes on Driver status and history of communications.
Team Compare evolution
The Manager Portal Team Compare features have become the backbone of many of our client safety programmes since their introduction, helping to deliver team level KPI reporting and inter-team competition.
As our Customer Success team works closely with our global clients we have identified a few updates to the Compare tool to make it even smoother to use, as well as introducing a table view and export tool that will make it easier for larger and more complex organisations to report on their teams' performance.
