We have just released a brand new feature in our manager portal, which makes it much easier to compare multiple teams (groups) against each other across our 5 pillars of driver behaviour analysis.
At the core of many of our customer safety programmes has been structuring the programme to involve as many line managers as possible and to structure the representation of a customers operating structure through our Groups feature.
We’ve been working on a feature to make cross functional comparison of performance simpler without moving away from our product foundations of providing a portal that is easy to adopt and use.
We have been refining this feature with some of our customers on our programme calls during 2020 to encourage additional inter-team competitions and it’s been working really well. So it’s great to now make it available for everyone!
