Available from the new internationalisation menu in the manager portal you can configure your account to view the portal in all of our App supported languages. Currently English(GB), English (US), French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Italian, Turkish, Dutch, German and Hebrew. Watch out for new languages during 2022!
Introducing KPI Target views
The Brightmile Customer Success Team already works closely with each customer to help understand their unique challenges related to driver safety. Using our data and experience, combined with the customers own insight, we are able define meaningful and achievable performance targets for the period ahead. These targets can now, in addition to being shown in the Driver App, be visualised for reporting in the Manager Portal as target lines.
We have also introduced RAG status based on the targets to the group comparison tools to highlight team success. This includes the ability to be able to export this new view as a spreadsheet for reporting.
Our CSM team will be on hand to advise on setup of this new feature over the coming days.
Multi-Factor Authentication
We are pleased to be able to introduce optional or enforced Multi-Factor Authentication for our manager users as part of our ongoing investment to ensure data protection and privacy.
PowerPoint Reporting feature extended
We have had some really positive feedback on our PowerPoint report feature so we have expanded the capabilities to allow a full 6-month report to be created. We aim to bring more updates to this feature throughout 2022 based on some great ideas from our users.
Enhancements to our driver admin features
We identified some areas of the Manager Portal that could be easier to use and so this release introduces some new experiences, this includes making it easier to manage drivers in fleets configured for an Anonymous view as well as the ability to re-invite drivers that have been previously invited but then cancelled.
Heatmaps are back for Anonymous Fleets (if you want them)
Listening to feedback from our managers and working closely with global data privacy teams we are pleased to be able to re-introduce the fleet behaviour heatmaps feature for anonymous fleets. Being able to view overall fleet hotspots for key behaviours in order to understand the impact of fleet behaviour around customer offices and sites provides a great talking point even for Anonymous fleets without revealing the details of an individual driver's behaviour. Your CSM will be able to advise on enabling this feature.
Behind the scenes updates
Like many of our releases there is a lot that goes unseen in our updates. Of particular note on top of over 100 smaller improvements in this latest release are a few key internal features to help the Brightmile Customer Success team provide even better support to drivers when they get in touch.
Your feedback
Your feedback remains crucial in prioritizing these features. So, please keep telling us what you would like to see us working on next either through your Customer Success Manager or direct to feedback@brightmile.io
