Summer 2021 Brightmile Product Updates

In addition to our exciting news about the recent launch of BrightCoach, it is also time for another round of updates to both the Brightmile Manager Portal and Driver Apps. Here are some highlights from the 100+ incremental improvements we have brought to you in July.

In addition to the sustainability impact of driving more efficiently with Brightmile, for every reward winner transaction Global Rewards will fund the planting of 5 trees. In fact, they are planting 5 million trees in the next 12 months as part of their Evergrow global climate change challenge!

Four new languages for our Drivers

We are pleased to have launched Portuguese, Italian and Turkish (with Hebrew coming very soon!) to our apps as part of our goal to make our app as accessible as possible to Drivers across the globe. Watch out for news on further languages later in the year.

Improved reporting features with our new PowerPoint report template

Working with so many of you as you report on the successes of Brightmile throughout your businesses, it was clear we could do more to help you produce your internal reports more easily. Our new PowerPoint export enables template presentations to be created saving you time and effort.

Now you can keep track of your Driver discussions and notes in the Manager Portal

We have extended features used by our own Customer Success team to add important notes to individual driver profiles. Managers can now use this same tool to keep a track of key notes in relation to a specific driver or add to/edit the existing notes.

Managing Long Term Absence

There are a number of reasons that drivers might be on Long Term Absence (LTA). The new LTA category under the driver management tools allows drivers to be placed on LTA, avoiding them receiving our regular emails and Customer Success follow ups for not driving, whilst retaining their login details and account for when they return. Your Customer Success contact can explain the best practice for this new classification and how best it can be applied to your teams.
